This spell create a big zone ({Radius} m). The zone will deal 13 ticks of damage that does percents of Max HP of affected ennemies, capped at True Damage Value, and slow ennemies by half of their speed. Does Dark-type damages.
Percents of Max HP Damage per Tick and the Damage Cap for each of them is determined by the spell level.
This spell has 53 seconds cooldown.
